The apartment is great and it actually exceeded our expectations (the photographs do not do justice to what we found on arrival: it was much better than what you can see on the photos). Our host was amazing and extremely helpful, having fresh water and fresh fruits waiting for us on arrival!!! Moreover the apartment was cozy, clean and could easily accommodate a four person family! It is also situated very close to the port/center of Lixouri (less than 3 mins walk) which makes life easy if one wants to get around. Many thanks for the hospitality to our host!!! I will definitely book again if I decide to go back to Lixouri.

Everything is good. Installations are above standard and if you live in the center of a big city, your kitchen at home is probably smaller than the one here. The host is very helpful. There's a patio leading to other properties but it's ok.

Before visiting, I received our welcome message with all instructions on how to contact Vicky on arrival, which was all reassuring. Vicky is amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, she assisted us with our cases on arrival and even dropped us off at the ferry on our departure, where we were then greated by her beautiful daughter, who helped us again with our cases. THANK YOU to you both, X The welcome pack … fruit, water, bread, crackers, cheese, butter was a nice touch. The facilities were amazing... the apartment was fully equipped with toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, liquid, plus a whole lot more. The apartment was spotless & Vicky even came halfway through our visit to clean. We were in the 1st floor apartment, and we had a balcony area to the front for morning sunshine and then one at the back, for the evening sunshine. There are steps, but no issue for us. The location was perfect - 10 minutes into the square & 27 minutes to the lovely beach Lapada. ⛱️ There is a little shop, to the side where we bought fresh eggs daily, we used the bigger supermarket for other items. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. We all had a relaxing chilled out holiday... and we thank you for an excellent stay 💕

Lovely spacious apt with big terrace. Had everything you would need including aircon, fully fitted kitchen even a washing machine which was a real bonus 😉 Great central location, just walking distance to bars restaurants. A small beach 5 mins away where we found a great friendly beach bar. The owner Antonia & her brother were so nice, friendly & helpful. I would defo come back & recommend a perfect stay for anyone coming to the nice town Lixouri. Thanks again for a lovely stay Joyce 🥰

Ammos Villa was perfect for our first trip to Kefalonia. Fantastic, spacious rooms and great location. We loved the private pool and the open plan living. We enjoyed visiting the bars and restaurants which are just a short walk from the property in either direction. Property was very quiet and very well equipped. Great communication from the host and very responsive.
