The staff at the front desk is exceptional. They took great care of us. Always concerned about making us feel comfortable. The room is excellent as described. The proximity to the train station is perfect. We had 2 large suitcases and arrived on foot. It is in the center of the city. It's perfect.

It's walking distance to everywhere in the centre of town and moments from the railway station. I've stayed before and will stay again. Niki always goes the extra mile in providing little details that make your stay more comfortable There's a coffee machine with pods, and the usual tea coffee etc, and this time there was an air fryer. I didn't use it but hey, it was there.

We loved everything about this hotel. From the friendly welcome when we arrived, the location was great. The decor is quirky tasteful and cozy. The bed is super comfy and the fry up breakfast in the morning was absolutely exceptional. We would 100% recommend staying here.

Characterful and incredibly clean room in a really convenient location. Great care has been taken with the decoration and theme for the room we stayed in (2). It was very clean on arrival and we had helpful and clear communication with Paul. The location was great with several close by choices for food and drink. Seafront and city centre were very walkable and we were able to park on the street

This is a really exceptional house. The location is perfect - just minutes from the sea and town centre – and the interior is truly amazing, with lots of interesting touches that make it a unique place to stay. There was plenty of space for our big family group, with a very well-equipped kitchen with an abundance of mugs, plates and glasses, a large dining table, and a very comfortable and cosy lounge with plenty of seating. The woodburning stove made it very difficult to actually leave the house and head out to freezing cold Brighton! The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and we even managed to sit out on the pretty roof terrace and enjoy the views, well wrapped up against the cold. The hosts were just lovely - very communicative and extremely helpful, particularly when it came to sorting out extra beds. I couldn't recommend this house enough!
