The best showers we have ever had! The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. We cooked and had dinner twice and it was even possible to do that with two more family members staying next-door. The location is wonderful, you can do everything on foot! There is a Sainsbury’s a bit further down the road. I had been worried about noise from outside. We had a room to the front and it was perfectly fine at night. We were woken up by the seagulls having a laughing fit. During the daytime more sounds travel up, so it might depend a little on the time of year. We were there in February, when it grows dark and cold early.

It's walking distance to everywhere in the centre of town and moments from the railway station. I've stayed before and will stay again. Niki always goes the extra mile in providing little details that make your stay more comfortable There's a coffee machine with pods, and the usual tea coffee etc, and this time there was an air fryer. I didn't use it but hey, it was there.

The property was lovely, a real home away from home. I was visiting a friend who was in the nearby Sussex County Hospital so knew nobody in Brighton as my friend who was in the hospital lived in Battle & Hastings & her friends all lived around there. The hosts Michael & Paul were amazing & invited me to have a glass of wine when I got back from the hospital & then Michael cooked a very tasty meal for me both nights. We all started as strangers & I would like to think of them as friends now.

A super clean place and every corner of the house smells so good its like walking in to a 5star hotel 😆 Beds comfy. heaters good . Kitchen utensils complete 👍🏻 and the place is just so near to the beach and restaurants as well as a small grocery shop.

I had a big, clean and extremely comfortable room with a view to the sea, perfect! The bed was huge as was the tv, great shower too. The breakfast room was lovely and bright, same view, nicely cooked food with plenty on offer. Vicki is a friendly, helpful manager, nothing was too much trouble, she's lovely. I was helped with my bags by 2 affable guys, I couldn't recommend this charming stay highly enough.

This is a really exceptional house. The location is perfect - just minutes from the sea and town centre – and the interior is truly amazing, with lots of interesting touches that make it a unique place to stay. There was plenty of space for our big family group, with a very well-equipped kitchen with an abundance of mugs, plates and glasses, a large dining table, and a very comfortable and cosy lounge with plenty of seating. The woodburning stove made it very difficult to actually leave the house and head out to freezing cold Brighton! The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and we even managed to sit out on the pretty roof terrace and enjoy the views, well wrapped up against the cold. The hosts were just lovely - very communicative and extremely helpful, particularly when it came to sorting out extra beds. I couldn't recommend this house enough!
