The staff was incredible and did everything to go the extra mile. Very friendly and helpful indeed. We loved the building and the room. It was great to have a small area for cooking as always eating out can be a little tiresome and maybe one or two days you might want to cook your favorite meal without going out. The location was great. Not in the busiest streets but still so close to everything you want to visit.

Lovely spacious apartment in a wonderful location - at the edge of the old town, minutes from the beach and the main shopping street, with a bakery next door and a large supermarket a few minutes walk away. Multiple restaurants and bars in walking distance. The apartment building is on a main road but the apartment itself is far at the back of the building, so quiet and secure. No views from the windows but this was no problem as we were out all day. One easy flight of steps and smooth corridors to the apartment. The toilet and bathroom are separate and the shower is good. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is full size and well appointed. The host was great and answered any questions quickly. We had a car but street parking is very hard to find and we parked in the Promenade des Arts paid parking, a few minutes walk away.

The location was perfect, literally on the beach and the tram stop is so close so you are able to move easily within the city and the neighbouring towns! Fantastic hosts that were very accommodative to anything we were requiring during our trip even providing us with recommendations for restaurants which we utilised throughout our stay! The property itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and is a real home away from home - we especially loved the private outdoor terrace. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Nice! Could not have been happier with our stay!

Everything! Fantastic location and the views were amazing. Super close to the tram line and a Carrefour supermarket two mins away along with an amazing local bakery. The apartment had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Susanna greeted us warmly at the property and showed us around. She was very helpful with any queries we had.

From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.
