We had a short but fabulous stay at Carmelito 1. Not only was the apartment cosy and well equipped with all amenities that you need, but also Noelia was an absolutely great and unforgettable host, very welcoming and that kind of person that you connect with immediately. We’re living for two weeks in this apartment and can say that it was the best decision to stay here: location is perfect if you prefer quiet, peaceful places, but if you like active evenings, apartment is no far from Maspalomas with restaurants, cafes, shopping malls. The best thing on our option is a view from the window- it’s gust amazing. Sunrises above ocean are magnificent. There is a pool, where you can swim and get tan. Also apartment is close to beaches. Just 1-2 minutes by walking. If you want to cook, there are all, what you need for it in comfortable kitchen. Service is on high level. All was prepared before our arrival. Personal are friendly and always online if you need anything.

Second time in Maspalomas area, first time we stayed in Playa del Ingles, which I found overrated, if you come not for drinking and partying but for sun and nature this location is so much better. We liked very much the surroundings, and there is easy access to motorway to visit the island and to the mountain road to San Bartolome a good place to start hiking. Also, close from the start of Camino de Santiago which crosses the island, after only 30 minutes easy run you find yourself in the middle of Gran Canaria's wild nature. Everything was perfect, but I especially appreciated some minor things that make life more comfortable: power socket on the terrace and excellent wifi connection, washing machine (detergent included), the additional toilet, free toiletries, well equipped kitchen but also a good Italian restaurant by the swimming pool, hot water instantly day and night, very comfortable bed and last by not least it's simply nice and cozy. We had a very good communication with the owner, Mr. Fernando is always responsive and helpful.
