I had a fantastic stay at this Ferienwohnung near the beach in Rostock! The location was absolutely perfect — just a short walk to the shoreline, making it ideal for morning strolls and relaxing evenings by the sea. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — everything from the comfortable bed to the fully stocked kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The balcony (or terrace, if there was one) was a lovely touch, perfect for enjoying coffee with nature breeze! The area was peaceful yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the best of Rostock’s coastal charm. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachside retreat!

The Stadtvilla seems newly renovated, the room was very nice, clean and spatious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom, the kitchenette, the textiles, all have quality details. The location in central Altstadt is perfect, the hosts are kind and helpful, and there is free parking. We stayed in room no 8 which also has a beautiful balcony overlooking Nicolaikirche and the rooftops. We would definitely stay here again, if we come back to Rostock in the future.

Had a great time, such a kind and accommodating host, my engine died on the way there and he went out of his way to make sure I get the keys, also had a secure roofed parking spot for my vintage moped. Perfect stay! Everything was super clean and cozy.

We stayed in a well-located, clean, 45 square metre, ground-floor flat. It is a converted Florist shop and it has some nice visual touches which we, personally, liked a lot. The photos do not do it justice. Re the hosts: I have put "good" (as opposed to "exceptionally good") - only because we did not meet them personally. However they had given us their telephone number in case we needed to contact them - so they are discrete, respectful of our privacy, whilst readily available if needed.

This was the kind of apartment that whatever you thought about that was needed, was in the apartment. It was new, clean, well equipped. The location was also very convenient - in the front of the park and 2 min walking distance from the see. The staff in the reception was very kind and helpfull. I recommend very much this place.
