Please present your mobile voucher and redeem your physical pass at the tour provider's counter in Suvarnabhumi Airport. The tour provider's counter is on the second floor of the arrival hall, gate 1, next to the Kasikornbank booth.
Arrive at the 2nd Floor - Arrival Hall, Gate 1, next to the KBank booth, Suvarnabhumi BKK Airport.
The counter is open daily for 24 hours.
Please note that the tour does not include the transportation options of MRT Blue Line, MRT Purple Line, ARL Airport Rail Link and SRT Red Line.
Please note that the tour includes the transportation options of BTS Skytrain, MRT Pink Line, MRT Yellow Line, BRT Bus Rapid Transit and Chao Phraya Tourist Boat.
The voucher is valid for 180 days from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day.
