Visit a select number of iconic and boutique wineries, chosen for their history, fabulous customer service, unique offering and stunning range of wines. Each cellar door will provide a guided tasting.
This half-day tour begins with pickup at approx. 12:30 from your Blenheim accommodation (please let us know your accommodation), then heads out into the stunning Marlborough wine region to three locations with the first wine tasting starting at 13:00 and dropping you back in town around 16:30 after a beautiful afternoon out.
On this tour, you'll get a chance to go on a 3.5-hour cruise on the Queen Charlotte Sound. On your way, you'll pass by a salmon farm where you can learn about the farming methods. Additionally, you can taste famous local seafood dishes featuring Regal salmon, greenshell mussels and Cloudy Bay clams, paired with white wine.
The Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre presents two world-class exhibitions. The first is the original ‘Knights of the Sky’ exhibition, featuring film director, Sir Peter Jackson's own collection of WWI aircraft and artifacts. The story of aviation in the Great War is brought to life in sensational sets created by the internationally acclaimed talent of WingNut Films and Wētā Workshop.
The second is the new exhibition ‘Dangerous Skies’ features stories from World War II. These are tales of daring, valour and tragedy stretching from the British Isles to the forests of Germany, an embattled but courageous Russia and the steaming hot jungles of the South Pacific. Two of the star attractions are an original DeHavilland Mosquito, fondly known as the Wooden Wonder and a Griffon powered Mk.XIVe Spitfire. Women also feature more prominently in this exhibition and the Battle of Stalingrad is the stage for an immersive experience that is both entertaining and chillingly thought provoking.

Depart Picton at 9:00am and cruise through the Queen Charlotte Sound to historic Ship Cove. Along the way enjoy the sights and scenery and keep your eye out for any chance wildlife encounters.
Enjoy a site visit at Ship Cove, take the chance to get onshore where Captain Cook laned in the 1770’s where his ship the Endeavour was anchored to replenish supplies. See the monument, comb the beach and enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings.
Upon re-joining your vessel we will cruise through the Endeavour Inlet completing drop offs and deliveries of passengers and freight before returning to Picton.
