On this tour, you’ll explore the mangroves of the Hijya River while paddling in a kayak. You’ll arrive at the facility for your experience and fill in all the necessary forms before the tour begins. Then you’ll put on a life jacket and marine shoes and head to the field with your paddle. You’ll have a safety briefing on how to use the paddle, proceed, change directions and stop the kayak.
Then you’ll begin your kayaking activity on the Hija River. You’ll have around an hour to explore the mangroves. You’ll get to see some creatures in the mangrove where the waters are shallow. Then you may also spot gobies and small crabs in the swamp.
You’ll be accompanied by an expert guide who will share insights into the mangroves. After your kayaking activity is complete, you’ll have access to a changing room to freshen up before you leave.

With this ticket, you'll visit the Nago Pineapple Park, a theme park dedicated to the versatile fruit. You'll get to ride on a pineapple cart, passing by the plantation area and taking in views of the scenic landscape. You'll learn about pineapple cultivation and history of the fruit in Japan.
At the wine house, where you'll discover how a pineapple wine called 'Lagrima Del Sol' is made. You can sip on a glass of this wine and watch the staff perform the Pappa Dance. You can round off your experience by purchasing some pineapple products.
With this ticket, you can discover views of the coast and Kouri Bridge from the Kouri Ocean Tower.
After making your way to the tower, you’ll be able to head to the observation deck, located 82 metres above sea level. From the balcony, you’ll see panoramic views of the Okinawa skyline, the nearby sea and the famous Kouri Bridge.
