Departing from Geneva, this excursion gives you an opportunity to enjoy three different experiences in one day. You'll begin with a scenic 90-minute bus journey, arriving at the beautiful resort area of Chamonix. There, at the foot of the majestic Mont Blanc, you'll be able to stroll through the streets, discovering the city that hosted the first-ever Winter Olympics in 1924.
You'll then hop into the cable car for the 20-minute journey that takes you to the summit of Aiguille du Midi, rewarding you with breathtaking views of the French, Italian and Swiss Alps. At 3,842 metres above sea level, this is the closest that you can get to Mont Blanc without having to hike or climb.
In the afternoon, you'll travel through the mountainous landscapes on a train, arriving at France's largest glacier, La Mer de Glace. You can admire the views from the panoramic terrace, and if the season allows, can also visit an ice cave. You'll then return to Geneva by bus.
Begin your tour in Geneva, you'll meet your guide and board the bus for Chamonix. Gateway to one of the highest peaks of Europe the Mont-blanc. Embark on a cable car to the summit the Aiguille du midi 3842m.

Your tour continues with a stroll to the train station, admiring historical landmarks of Chamonix as you go. Then, embark a cogwheel train and ascend 1900m to take in the spectacular views of the Mer de Glace Glacier. In season, you will have the option to visit the ice caves.
Around five 5:00pm the bus will bring us back to geneva to finish the day at around 6:30pm.
