This unique activity gives you the opportunity to learn the basics of barbecuing on a grill. Upon arrival at the cooking school, you'll first be welcomed with a beverage before beginning your basic grilling course. During the class, you'll learn how to grill on a charcoal, gas and ceramic grill. You'll also learn how to use a smoker and barbecue on a wood plank and hay bed.
Once you're familiar with basic grilling techniques, you'll prepare a meat dish, pizza, vegetables, fish dish and dessert. You'll then sit to sample the freshly prepared dishes you've made. Your dinner will be served with a salad, dips and a variety of beverage choices. To round out the activity, you'll finish the meal with a digestif, and the recipes you followed will be sent via email to prepare again.
