This wine tasting experience takes place at Saddler's Creek Winery in the Hunter Valley. At this boutique family-owned winery, you'll receive a personalised wine tasting where you'll find out just why it is known for producing some of the best full-bodied red wines. At the end of the tasting, you'll receive a complimentary Saddler's Creek wine glass to take home as a souvenir.
On this 30-minute wine tasting experience, you will visit Winmark, which is known for having one of the best vineyards in Hunter Valley. You will get to see the winemaker’s 130-acre property, which is home to premium chardonnay vines, and sample six different wines. As you savour each wine’s taste, you will learn about Winmark’s history and hear facts about the wine region and some of the local wineries.
This 45-minute self-guided experience will allow you to discover the wines and local bites in Hunter Valley. At one of Australia’s most reputable premium wine producers, you’ll sample six wines matched with six bite-sized canapés featuring local produce. During this experience, you'll enjoy a picnic and wine tasting at Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard in the Hunter Valley. You'll receive a picnic hamper of gourmet snacks to enjoy at a scenic spot on the 270-acre property. You'll also get to take part in a wine tasting hosted by one of Audrey Wilkinson’s experts, giving you a chance to learn more about the wine produced in this region. There is also an in-house museum where you can take a self-guided tour.

At the estate, you will be able to participate in a tasting session with the breathtaking landscape of Hunter Valley as your backdrop. You will also be able to gain valuable insights into the origin of the winery and its wines.
During this experience, you'll get to take part in a 45-minute wine tasting at Leogate Estate in the Hunter Valley, Australia's oldest wine region. The tasting will take place at the cellar door, and you'll have the chance to sample current vintage wines from the Brokenback Ranges. You'll be guided through the history of Leogate Estate and its wines by a knowledgeable member of staff.
This tasting experience takes place at Tulloch Wines, where you'll get to sample six vintage Shiraz wines. You'll be seated in a private area by a wine ambassador who will guide you through the tasting and share insights into the history of Tulloch wines, dating back to 1895. You'll taste six wines, ranging in date from 2007 to 2017. During the tasting, you'll also be treated to an artisan salami platter consisting of six flavours or a charcuterie board with local cheeses. There is also a Junior Tasting and a Kombucha Tasting experience for children and non-drinkers to take part.
Our Harvest the Hunter Horse and Carriage Wine Tour offered by Hunter Valley Horses is a unique way to experience the Hunter Valley with its beautiful scenery and award-winning wine and produce.
