The Izta Popo National Park has 2 volcanoes in the same place. We have designed hiking routes so you can enjoy the incredible views of the dormant volcano Iztaccíhuatl and the active volcano Popocatépetl. The walk begins at about 3,600 meters above sea level and ends at 3,980 meters above sea level. The trail is marked sandy.
