During the transfer we can appreciate how we left behind the historic heart to break through in the Parisian countryside of vast clean skies, perhaps even we meet native birds and flora of the semi-desert as is the mesquite. When you arrive at your destination we will start with an explanation among the vines where you will know the wine making process. We will enter the winery area, a space where the notes of the grapes combine with innovation to bring wine to life. In the cava you will enjoy a guided tasting of four labels, you can identify colors, aromas, nuances and sensations to the palate
