This experience will introduce you to the renowned Nero d'Avola DOC Sicilia wine, produced in the vineyards of Agrigento. You'll have a guided tasting session of selected vintages, each one picked to showcase the evolution of the wine. You'll get to draw from the steel cask yourself and create a bottle of the new vintage by hand to take home. The tasting will include a light lunch featuring typical Sicilian dishes. Finally, you'll tour the vineyards and winery itself, learning all about the winemaking process, from the age-old concrete tanks to the technology of today.
