Forest Bathing or Forest Nature Therapy is a unique way to experience some of the most beautiful woodlands in Somerset. You will experience nature at first hand, become immersed in its beauty and power. You will discover new things about yourself and see feel the magic of the woods through meditation, mindfulness, curious play and nature art. It will be a special and memorable experience.
