Newly renovated, fantastic facilities offered with outstanding hospitality from the landlord. Kitchen, living room, bed room, equipment - everything was at top quality. We felt that the whole experience was highly personal and luxurious, offering great value for money. Location was also great in the center of Side. We are already looking at coming back soon.

Incredible apartment, bigger than I expected ( 2 bedrooms +1 living room), everything is new and very clean, peaceful area, walking distance to many good restaurants and also Kumkoy beach is close. Easy to deal with and very sweet. There was no problem with picking up the keys. The host was very understanding when I had an unexpected personal issue. Nothing serious happened but it was just very comforting to know that she was such an empathetic and understanding person. Moreover the property is in a good area, quiet and close to a shop. Well looked after and clean. A bit on a small side but comfortable. I slept there very well :)

Good location (10-15 mins to the beach), clean, spacious. everything is modern, quiet neighborhood (far from the very loud all inclusive hotels which are all long the beach), just as expected. Big pool, quite deep that you can use until midnight. There is also a small pool for children. The host is also nice and live in the same building if you need any assistance. 5 minutes or so to the grocery stores and restaurants. It's a good value if you don't mind walking from/to the beach. The beach itself is free, shallow and perfect for families/children and people who can't swim for any reason.
