You should expect long distances to other places (about an hour to Mokra Gora and Zlatibor) and definitely need a car.

The view from that apartment is amazing, you can see the lake and beautiful nature around. You have all the items in the accommodation, cooking equipment, and all the necessary stuff. The nearest walking path is a 10-minute drive, my recommendation is to drive to Mitrovac and you have a choice within 5+ walking paths.
