Everything was alright. Owner wait until 22:30 (it was bad traffic on the street and i was late for that). Parking was secure inside. They even do my cold ready food hot in microwave. New complex of buildings with self check-in and parking on site (not on the street). Spacious, everything new, own heating, huge TV in the living room. It has an open kitchen, an extendable sofa and big table. Appreciation as the sofa was extended and prepared as a bed! The bedroom comes with a comfortable bed and also a smaller TV!
