You can see Boquete town in the valley and Volcan Baru at the same time. Mel is super friendly and helpful, she helped us with all the reservations (taxis, tours and transfer to Bocas). She also had prepared for us a list with recommended restaurants and taxi numbers of people of confidence.

It was a bit hard for the taxi driver to find but the landlady graciously agreed to talk to the driver and she met us there to be sure we found our way. Owner's home is in front of the B&B so it was easy to reach her. I was very cold and she readily agreed to give me a blanket. Owner provided kitchen cook ware and eating utensils.

The room is cozy, air conditioning works wonderfully, and the outdoor kitchen makes for a wonderful evening meal setting. Hosts are friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler, I feel quite comfortable and safe at this studio. It is a repeat visit.

Great for visiting Boquete too. *Hosts are "salt of the earth" kind: welcoming, attentive, thoughtful, sincere. I couldn't be more grateful.
