The location is perfect a mall across the street, another big mall right next to it, and a great café just 100 yards away. Only suggestion (for many places in Mexico) would be adding a small bidet sprayer in the bathroom. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Very small because they are fairly new but overall we absolutely loved the peacefulness

The property is non-smoking and is set 200 metres from Cancun Government Palace. clean, spacious, comfortable, location and good communication with the host (he sent us clear instructions on how to get there and was attentive to my concerns). Perfect for the price.
