The appartment was cllean and simply furnished, with coffee and tea provided, with is a nice extra touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Stefano, who was exceptionally professional, explained everything clearly, and even kindly offered to store our luggage until our appartement was ready. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
