The bedding was so fresh that I had never smelled anything quite like it. It was like having a massive cuddle after a 27km hike, which is what we were doing. Make no mistake, the entire accommodation was luxurious. The fixtures and fittings top end. Everything was superb. Our host left some pastries and snacks for breakfast. There was milk. How often do hosts leave milk, not very often in my extensive experience? Thank you for that. There were fruit juices and coffee. Really thoughtful, pleasant touches. The ancient town itself is worth visiting.

The place, although not large, was super clean, cosy, warm (importa during winter months), and had all the necessary amenities. Even the outside porch and area was spacious and allowed us to spend some time with our dogs. And the view is just amazing. The hosts were extremely r great in communication and kind, and made sure we felt welcome. They even left breakfast stuff, and some welcome treats.
