The apartment also seems to be brand new so everything worked, so it wasn’t old and dated. The owner has taken extra care in making sure that everything you need is there it was great. There was even a washing machine which we never used so it may have been a clothes dryer too… I’m not sure. There was various pots and pans and crockery, glasses etc. plus also a coffee maker that takes pods (they even provided 4, for our use. The bed was super comfortable too and we had a great nights sleep. Shower was excellent with good water pressure. Excellent WiFi connection too. A full fridge freezer was there too.

There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel features facilities for disabled guests. We have chosen this plase as our base for beach trips around Orosei. It was the best decision that we did. Rooms are huge, modern, clean and perfectly furnished. Plenty of parking options next to accomodation and on the street nearby. Communication with the host was perfect also. He shared all information about accomodatio and as a bonus, he shared also local tips with us which was incredibely helpful for us. Free coffee, netflix, bottle of wine and bottle of beer. There is also a free shared washing maxine, ironing board and iron in case you need it. Shower gel and shampoo is also includued. As well as many towels. A/C working perfectly. There was nothing that we would complain about.

Communication with the host, Danillo, was smooth, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We truly enjoyed our stay - I only wish we could have stayed longer!
