The lady meeting us at the reception was extremely supportive and exceeded our expectations by giving us all information we needed including lake boats timetable, best restaurants in the neighborhood even discount card for the grocery next door. It is near to the main square with lots of good restaurants. Only a few minutes wark to the water front also. Nice clean and modern flat. Lovely little balcony overlooking a bustling street during the day which was a very nice spot for breakfast.

Located in Cannobio, 48.1 km from Lugano, Alessia Home provides a garden and free WiFi. The location is wonderful, everything within easy walking distance, quiet at night. Well equipped, a great comfortable bed, great towels, private parking spot which helps a lot. The terrace outside is cosy and relaxed to sit and enjoy a wine or coffee. We will come back with the greatest pleasure!

Very attentive, friendly and helpful host. He sent driving information before arrival and we much appreciated the welcome gifts. The appartement is very clean (looks brand new) and it has a well equipped kitchen. Kids loved the access to playground and toys. Conclusion : it is not a 5* hotel, but we enjoyed a lot our stay

Around are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurant as well as small shops or supermarkets. So everything can easily discovered and reached by feet. We stayed in the apartment on the top floor for 3 nights. The apartment was very clean and everything looked freshly renovated. The apartment has everything that is needed, including a small kitchen and a capsule coffee machine. What is very comfortable is that you can enter the property and the apartment via PIN code, so you don’t need to carry keys / cards with you, that could get lost. Last but not least, it is a family runned business. Giorgio and his family were so kind and friendly! This would have deserved an extra point in the rating.
