View to the sea was splendid. Stocked with free snacks, coffee and tea, etc. Neighborhood is safe, a few run-down buildings like in most neighborhoods around. Grocery, restaurants, and gelato all very close/walkable. Sometimes noise from traffic, but windows are pretty soundproof. Excellent care from Lucia and her helpers - very polite and caring.
