The location is fantastic, beachfront, minutes from the old town, just around the corner from the green market, a supermarket and a few other shops (including a hairdresser salon and a shop with local delicacies). The view from the balcony is simply spectacular. There is nothing like having an early morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening sitting at that balcony and looking at the constantly changing sky and water.

It has everything you need during your stay. The terrace has a beautiful view of Motovun. The owner is friendly and ready to help with storing your bikes or any other problems.
