They serve you with a smile and handkiss. Very warm place to stay in many ways. Very clean room, nice shower. Also the restaurant bar is very nice. There is nothing you can say in a negative way.. So nice

Offering rooms with a private balcony, Pension Ptolemeos is situated 20 metres from shops and bars in Fira and 200 metres from the Caldera. There is a large panoramic seating area and a rooftop terrace with views of the Aegean Sea. The stay was really great at Pension Ptolemeos. Arriving there and being met by this amazingly friendly receptionista was a good welcome and the room was big, clean, and very nice with a view of the pool. The pool itself also was amazing to enjoy after a long day of walking. I am very happy with my stay there and if I would ever visit Santorini again, I will definitely come back to this hotel. They really couldn't have done more for us during our stay. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The added luxury of a hot tub stood out. The apartment and overall accommodation was spotlessly clean.

Hot tubs were all new, water tea coffee and some snacks was provided. It’s only a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and viewpoints of oia. The hotel manager rafael helped me and my friend when we had unfortunate situations. Extremely satisfied, thank you so much! :)))
