There is an own parking. Nice design of the guest house including the apartment interior, exterior as well as the dining hall. The chill out area in front of the apartment is supplied with a fountain. The host offers dinners and breakfasts (at an extra cost). They also offer Khikhvi wine made in their winery - a decent one , I recommend. They plan to invest and enhance the space: add more apartments, plant a vineyard etc.

I needed to take a break from the hikes and rest for while. So I ended up staying for a week in this amazing little house in a quiet place in Borjomi. Rudolf and Liana are very kind and friendly hosts. You will have a lovely place to call home. <3

He is a cheerful and welcoming host who made us feel right at home. The accommodation is a traditional Georgian house, fully equipped with a kitchen-cum-dining area, a cozy bedroom and a private bathroom—all as a completely separate unit. The house is warm and well-heated, with plenty of natural daylight streaming in through the windows, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. It truly felt like living in our own summer house. As a lovely gesture, Tamazi also gifted us a bottle of homemade wine, which added a personal and authentic touch to our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience true Georgian hospitality in a charming and comfortable setting.
