Found in an Edwardian building formerly home to the Anchor Line Shipping Company’s headquarters, this city centre aparthotel is inspired by a 1920s ocean liner. We booked the room apartment on the 7th floor. It was excellent. The bedroom was very spacious with a comfortable bed. We had a living room with a small kitchen and quite a large balcony. This allowed us to have a nice dinner, enjoying the comfort of our room and taking a look at the city from high. The bathroom was OK. The hotel is very close to the train station and to the city center. Wifi was very good and stable I was very happy with our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Townhouse. The property was just 15–20 minutes by tram from the city centre, making it very convenient. There were plenty of excellent restaurants in the area. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, the bunk beds were perfect for the children. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful, they provided us with plenty of useful information both before and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here.
