We liked the fact that it is less than 10 mins walk from the trainstation (where also the airport bus drops you!), that it is high above the streets (so even in the middle of town, very little noise) and that there was coffee available 24/24 with nice croissants in the morning. Also the complimentary cookies in the room were very welcome.

Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre, Malt House Apartments are only 2 minutes’ walk to the west end of Princes Street. The modern apartments have been converted from a whisky-bond building and come fully equipped with a kitchen, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The apartment is just great. The location is very good.

There is a A Smart TV in each apartment’s cosy living room. A dishwasher, washing machine and microwave are provided in each modern fully-fitted kitchen. Good location, clean appartment and had everything for a stay to be comfortable. It was a little tight for four people with big luggage but still very comfortable. Room service would come daily, that was very nice touch.

This recently renovated aparthotel is located 3.3 km from Edinburgh Waverley station and 3.3 km from Edinburgh Playhouse. The aparthotel features family rooms. Such a cozy apartment with charming classic décor! You can really tell a lot of thought has gone into making the place comfortable for guests. The fresh bread and butter on arrival were a lovely touch. Alexander is a fantastic host—always quick to respond and very helpful. The location is perfect, with a beautiful garden just outside. I’d happily stay here again when I return to Edinburgh.

I took a risk when booking this accommodation as there was zero review as it was new to booking.com. But the risk was worth it! The place was spacious and clean! It felt luxurious and we had a nice view of the street from our apartment. The apartment was so comfortable that my family and I would rather buy take out and enjoy our time eating in the apartment. I regret staying there for only two nights. Would definitely come back and stay again for longer nights!
