Each of the studios and apartments have been renovated in 2017 and feature a dining area, a seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The private bathrooms come with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. All rooms are soundproofed. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, a hob and a refrigerator. The room was very cosy, comportable. It was also good that all the home appliances for cooking in the room. The location of the residence was also great. I hated to leave the residence.

Studio vieille ville tout équipé sans ascenseur is located in the Old Town district of Menton, 300 metres from Les Sablettes Beach, 12 km from Grimaldi Forum Monaco and 14 km from Chapiteau of Monaco. During your time staying in this recently renovated apartment, dating back to 1900, you will have access to free WiFi. Cimiez Monastery is 28 km from the apartment and MAMAC is 29 km away. Everything was great! We had an amazing stay, the location was perfect for a holiday in Menton, and the apartment has everything you need. Very beautifully designed, and modern interior. Great service and a recommandation for anyone going to Menton!

It is a super apartment close to all amenities, and a short walk from Nice old port. The apartment itself is newly renovated, the beds are very comfy and everything is modern and clean. The apartment provided everything we needed for our stay in Nice (there were 4 of us staying, myself, partner and parents) and was very comfortable. The Nice Riquier train station is 2 minutes walk away and we were able to easily travel to and from the airport, as well as a few day trips to Monaco, and Villefranche. There are many Boulangeries nearby which we used everyday. The host Marion was super! and helped us with all our questions and was able to advise of specific details for our stay. We had an Amazing Stay, and will definitely like to stay again in apartment le Francis next time we are in Nice.
