Alexis was really helpful. Good communication prior to arrival. Clear instructions on how to access the apartment. He was very prompt in dealing with one very small problem. It was a Sunday and we were happy to wait until Monday, but he arrived immediately and resolved the issue. Excellent service. The location is quite remote (which s exactly what we wanted). The restaurant below the apartments is excellent. Make sure to book as it gets busy. Saying that, it did not bother us in any way. I can't rate this property a strong 10 fast enough! We have stayed at 30-40 apartment rentals over the years and this one is right at the top of the list for doing everything right. First of all, the communication from Adela was exceptional. She sent detailed info on where the parking was (just steps away) and a map image how to get there. Be sure to follow her instructions because Google maps may put you on an crazy inaccessible road. (Lesson learned the hard way in the dark). We were staying over New Year's Eve and found the apartment dressed festively in Christmas decorations and a tree which we LOVED since we had been traveling since Nov. and missed out. Along with that a packet of party favors so we could celebrate bringing in the new year. She also advised us on where the celebrations were happening. As for the unit itself, EVERY little detail hit the mark. The regional snacks and fruit, beverages including good coffee, attractive and comfortable furnishing and the wall of windows looking out on a small pedestrian area, a church and some dining places. The windows kept most of the noise out, even the bedroom that fronted that area. Of course on New Year's Eve it was an exception so we just opened the windows and enjoyed the music!. What really impressed us though was the utter cleanliness of it. Impeccable and spotless. The location is up from the busy center but peaceful and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and close to everything by car. Don't think twice about renting here. You will not be disappointed.
