He took every effort to make our stay memorable, organized entry tickets for the night show in Abu Simbel on very short notice, drove us personally to the location, then brought us to an authentic place where we enjoyed fantastic food. He took every effort to make us feel like we were family. Can’t recommend staying in this guest house enough.

Apartment was spacious, shower hot with excellent water pressure. Internet fast + reliable. Being right on the nile the view is always stunning + only a few minutes walk from both ferries.

It’s a good choice if you just want to spend one night to fully enjoy Abu Simbel. The apartment is in a quiet place near the downtown area and the temple, easy to buy stuffs in the market or go to local restaurant. Osama also offers a good local breakfast at the time of your request. BTW the market owned by an old couple near the apartment has fair price for water and food.

The outside was very ugly but the inside was very modern. I loved the TV and the wi-fi was AMAZING😁 plenty of space and beds. The view is amazing! Dislike: the owner can improve the cleaning.
