It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredible especially Quorra who speaks English very well and goes above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this hotel especially as a foreigner!

Westlake 7 Serviced Apartments is located near the Wu Shan Night Market and antique market. It is 30 km away from Hangzhou Airport and 2 km away from Hangzhou railway station. The only problem we had was language barrier. Other than that it was excellent. The staff was great, the room is spacious n clean, I would say a perfect stay if we could understand everything easily.
