At the apartment complex, all units have bed linen and towels. exactly like in the pictures, the self-check-in is very easy, extremely clean, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kitchen, everything you need is there, only a 5 minute bus ride from downtown, close to a grocery store. we really appreciated the power adapter and the phone chargers (that's a brilliant idea). we will definitely go back, the next time we are in Lugano.
