Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. The accommodation is non-smoking. There was an elevator, which is a big advantage for anyone with heavy luggage. The apartment had everything we needed, and our child was even able to do homework at one of the small desks in the bedroom. The check-in and stay instructions were excellent — very detailed and easy to follow. Since the building entrance is tucked away in a small alley, the step-by-step guide with photos really helped us find our way quickly. There’s also underground parking available. A woman who lives on the same floor and is connected to the apartment’s owner was very helpful — she had a spare key, which saved us when ours turned out to be broken (it only opened the top lock, not the bottom one). Thanks to her, we were able to get into the apartment without any trouble. As an architect, I’d like to add a small but interesting detail — right next to this building there’s another one, an old structure built in 1911, before the First World War, in the Art Nouveau style. You absolutely must see it while it’s still standing and hasn’t been demolished yet. You’ll easily recognize it — the year of construction is written right on its façade.

This recently renovated apartment is located 6.4 km from Ruse Port and 25 km from Rock-Hewn Churches of Ivanovo. The accommodation provides a lift and private check-in and check-out for guests. The manager was the best, I missed my train and she arranged an extra evening in the flat in minutes, sorting out a lot of problems I had at the moment. Also a big plus for smokers like me, is that the balcony snakes around three directions to enjoy the sun or shade any time you are there.
