Karl has the entire house excellently cared. super clean, literally spotless, modern and finely furnished but cozy and welcoming. pre-checkin messaging worked well, followed the steps about direction and parking, met Karl who was in house on a Sunday afternoon. Karl lives in the house too and he is such a decent and trustworthy host that you feel at home quickly. definitely no issue at all sharing the house with the host. appreciate the touching stories he shared about his life, great chats! it is easy to reach by car, just follow the direction that Karl sends before your checkin, can't miss it. excellent location for a stopover before or after Great Ocean, although a longer stay would be certainly pleasant too! best value!
