The host’s exceptional hospitality, including the thoughtful welcome basket and festive gifts during Christmas, made the stay truly memorable. The modern, spacious accommodation with beautiful natural light and cozy amenities like underfloor heating created the ideal atmosphere for a special holiday with my family.

Very modern and very clean apartment. Perfect location next to main tourist street with several bar and restaurant options nearby. Host Andrea was also happy to provide us with place to change clothes as we arrived a few hours earlier so we could roam around beautiful Garmisch nature. And free parking! :)

Easy access and parking for our large van. The host was quick to answer questions and very kind. The apartment is very well stocked with everything you might need to eat/prepare meals. There is also a cabinet available with extra toiletries/essentials in case those were forgotten. There are many fliers available with information about various places to visit and things to do. The visitor cards were a nice surprise with many options for use. The area is beautiful and we wished we could have explored/enjoyed it for a few more days.
