This was such an amazing stay. We got the smallest studio room but it felt extremely spacious. The wooden decoration was lovely and the kitchen was extremely functional. We especially loved the oven. You must come and stay here.

The villa itself is beautifully furnished with high-end, tasteful décor. Every detail reflects comfort and sophistication. The cleanliness is simply outstanding — everything looked spotless and perfectly maintained. The location is ideal, nestled in the heart of the Zillertal Valley, surrounded by stunning natural scenery and complete tranquility. It feels incredibly safe and private, offering the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. Everything you could possibly need is available — from a fully equipped kitchen to all modern amenities — making it feel just like home. What impressed me most is that the photos on Booking are 100% accurate, and in fact, the reality is even better! The location is also excellent, perfectly positioned between some of Austria’s most beautiful cities: • Just a short drive to Zell am See and Kaprun, • Close to Salzburg and Innsbruck, • And easily accessible from Munich. A special mention to the lady in charge of the villa and her husband — they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They didn’t restrict us to the official checkout time and made everything easy and pleasant, which added a warm personal touch to our stay. I spent five unforgettable nights at Villa Himms — surrounded by beauty, comfort, and absolute peace. In short, Villa Himms is the perfect choice for anyone seeking luxury, tranquility, nature, and genuine hospitality in the heart of Austria. Highly recommended — and I will definitely return in the future! 🌿✨
