Nearby you have a bus stop and a few stores, including Lidl. The city park is a few stops away so you can do bit of sightseeing there as well. If you come by car, your car will be secure in the garage. Location is a bit far from the city center, so you have to either use your car or the public system. However the public system is really good, but frequent bus and tram lines. You need 20 minutes by bus to the city center, and 25 to the Parliament buildings. The night lines are less frequnent so it probably takes you around 40 minutes. The offical public system app, BudapestGo, is amazing! It really shows you everything, and uses you phone location settings to show you on the map. You can also buy tickets through it.
