Great location within walking distance of the city center. There’s a SPAR supermarket just 2 minutes away, which was very convenient. The host was extremely kind and responsive—on our second day one of the air conditioners stopped working, and they replaced it with a brand new one right away. The property also has a small playground for kids, plus darts and air hockey, which the children really enjoyed. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge, which was a big plus. Overall, a wonderful stay—I’ll definitely come back on my next visit!

Amazing service, at 10:40 pm i got immediate response to my questions. Spacious well equipped appartment. Great beds. The onlu thing I did not like is that we stayed there only for 12 hours. Just passing by. If we need to book anything our way that can go throug Graz we will use this appartment for sure :)

Prior to the arrival clear instructions were given on where and how to get the key. The apartment was very nice, clean, equipped with everything you need even for a long stay. Parking available in the garage. There are shops in the complex. We stayed only for 1 night, but we really enjoyed the space.
