There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. We stayed in Flat 2. It was everything we needed and expected. It is a beautifully designed unique apartment, with a lot of attention to detail. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, the spacious bathroom area with separate toilet and shower, and lovely fragrant toiletries. We appreciated the large comfortable couch and additional dining area with table and chairs. There is also a lovely outside patio with seating area, and free parking.
