We really enjoyed staying in this apartment during our summer holidays with our daughter. It has excellent proximity to the city center, bus stops, supermarket; bar and rental shop downstairs, laundry is around the corner. The flat is very clean and has everything you need including kitchen utensils, books and board games.

Overall the apartment was as described, a small studio apartment with a balcony. It was 10/15 minute walk into town and the nearest point of the lake. Note that this is not the swimming area that was c.25 minute walk. The flat itself was easy enough to access, the apartment was nice and clean with a modern bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen facilities were limited, only one pan was non-stick which made cooking slightly more challenging but fine for a short stay. The balcony was large with a pleasant view which made sitting out there nice.
Great stay, thank you Karen! The studio apartment is very spacious and cosy! Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed! Great to have the basic kitchen things like salt/pepper/oil/tea/coffee, no need to buy them for a short stay. In the apartment, it's fresh, even when it's +30 outside. It was very easy and helpful to organise an earlier check-in with Karen! In the house, there're 2 cute golden retrievers living

Amazing location right in the heart of bolzano and close walk to the station. Great host who allowed us to check in early as the apartment was ready. Great balcony and loft apartment that was clean and perfect for our short stay. The bolzano cards were a great addition allowing us free transport during our stay.
The apartment is great, lots of space and with all the essentials that you would need for a self catering ski holiday.
Excellent location for the slopes and the ski rental shop and directly opposite the train.

The flat was very warm, and by that I mean the temperature as well as the atmosphere! Karmen and Marjana are the perfect hosts, 10 out of 10! The flat was spotless and had everything one needs for a comfortable holiday stay. The location is perfect, the view from the balcony is stunning. Totally recommend this holiday apartment!
