We very much appreciated the fact that there was a washing machine in the apartment. The 8th floor was quiet, with balcony and a great view of the city. Lots of cupboards for storing clothes and luggage. Building was very clean and felt secure. Loved the fact we were right in the main walking plaza and close to everything.

As I went through the different questions I genuinely believe this is a 10/10. Hosts: Ceci and her husband are incredibly kind and helpful. On the facilities, advices, and all. Facilities, cleanliness, comfort: a charming (big)house-like place, so warm-feeling. The breakfast room is very nice as well and we didn't get to enjoy the pool as we had a very busy agenda with visits outside. The room was well sized, the bathroom and air conditioning worked perfectly. Value: exceptional value for what we paid, especially now where your mindset in Argentina is set to getting high prices for most things. Location: 150m from a bars and informal restaurants, and some 600m from Sarmiento, a street with better restaurants. The breakfast is served in a very cozy room and it is delicious, with some home-made yogurt, home-made bread and local croissants along with ham and cheese, cereals and fruits. Not varied like in big hotels but this way is perfect in muy opinion.
