The host was very kind and he helped with everything, like scooter rental or where to go. He was always available. The room was clean and the pancakes for breakfast were really good too!

Trans house was amazing, family run business, who greeted us with warm smiles on arrival. Rooms are clean, spacious, nice showers, tv with Netflix and YouTube. Perfect place to relax for a few days. Location close to the beach so we could get some drinks and food. Helpful with scooter hire and general knowledge of cat ba. We accidentally left our go pro on check out and the team kept it safe and kept in a safe place so we could pick it up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We found the property to be excellent value for money. The rooms were exceptionally large and the fittings in the room and in the bathroom seemed new. We are really thankful to Nhung, who was working at the reception. She was really helpful and provided some excellent recommendations. Further, she helped us with luggage storage as well. Overall, the experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Great experience. The spa was really good. They have 3 pools and they were all great, the rooms are clean and have beautiful views of the bay. Staff was helpful and the location is excellent!
