Everything you will need is there a well thought off place beach is just a few steps away . Parking may be challenging if it's peak . Love the unit and there's a supermarket just after and across the the 30th street so you can cook. Board games provided too and the outdoor patio Is a bonus but we didn't use it as it's still cold and wanted to be by the beach

Steve gave us a very warm welcome to the apartment and showed us around, giving local tips for places to eat and shop. The location is perfect for the Beach, just a block or so away, and there is a great supermarket nearby. Steve is a generous host, leaving plenty of beach and bath towels, and a whole range of chairs, boards, balls for the beach, as well as bikes. There's spare sun lotions, toiletries, cleaning products...everything you could possibly need just a small amount of but didn't bring! The rooms are filled with beach-themed ornaments and usefulnesses, with plenty of places to sit and relax. The kitchen is well appointed, and we appreciated the coffee pods for the machine and condiments since we were only thee for 3 nights (far to short!). The terraces are lovely to relax on - the Pacific sunset on the rooftop is amazing. If you're thinking of booking the apartment, stop hesitating and snap it up, it's amazing!
