Situated at a ground-floor corner of the second street from the waterfront you can easily be the first swimmer every morning, have breakfast on the big rocks at the waterfront, or bring your own sundowner to watch the dolphins play. If you depend on the morning sun to make your day, make sure you book Markos luxury apartments on the first or second floor. Parking in Piran is difficult, but Parking Arze is the cheapest at 15 euros for 24 hours, not the one recommended by the Studio Carmen team. The apartment is well situated in a quiet street near a Mercator which was very handy and the 80s Cafe Bar with excellent breakfast coffee.
