The owner is especially polite and helpful, the apartment is comfortable with a nice balcony, the price is really not high. It is difficult to find a parking place near the house if you arrive in the evening, but there is a Promenada shopping center nearby, where you can park your car very safely at night and walk back to the apartment in 2 minutes. I highly recommend it and many thanks to the owner for the excellent communication!

The apartment is very easy to find and is located in a brand new residential building. The reserved parking space is located at the entrance to the building. The apartment is very spacious, clean, the double bed is very comfortable. It is located in an excellent location in a quiet street, a 10-minute walk from the city center. The place is awesome and very very comfortable. It is located in the centre and everything is in walking distance. That is the second time we’re staying in this lovely apartment and I can surely say that it is our favorite place. The host is very hospitable and I would like to thank him once again for everything he did for us. I highly recommend the Cozy modern apartment in Craiova!

The block was easy to find and the apartment was clean and comfortable. There is free parking nearby, although spaces are limited and I had to park by flats a few minutes' walk away. There are restaurants, cafes and shops immediately outside the block and a tram stop virtually outside.

Everything! Great, safe location, 20-25 min walk to the city center. There’s a big Carrefour across the street and a mini market just outside the flat. The communication with the owner was smooth and fast, he gave us all the information we needed. You can see they’ve invested a lot in the studio. It has everything you may need for a long/short stay. The bed was super comfy, the rest of the space very well equipped. If you’re ever in town, this is the place to book.
