We spent 10 wonderful days at Villa Sun Budva and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect — only about 2 km from the beautiful Old Town, yet tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, so it feels peaceful and local, without the tourist crowds. Walking to the old town or beach is easy, and there are supermarkets and bakeries just minutes away. The room was spotless, modern, and freshly renovated. The bed was really comfortable, and having a fully equipped kitchen was a huge bonus — we cooked breakfast and dinner several times and saved a lot compared to eating out. The host was super friendly, welcoming, and responsive. Highly recommend Villa Sun to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and great-value stay in Budva!

Excellent apartment, unexpectedly very large. The view is simply gorgeous - the city, mountains and sea. The administrator was very kind. There is a private closed parking. It is very far to walk to the old city and from the mountain, so we went by car. There is a private swimming pool - I also really liked it.

Awesome room - very large, extra tall ceilings and beautiful furniture & ambient. The balcony is also large and convenient. The location and hosts are top. The location is pretty close to the beach and you can take a nice stroll up to the old town that takes around 25 minutes - it is a very nice spot as you can pass by a big part of the coast-line nightlife and is very safe as cars are not allowed and people are walking around. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious and it was cleaned daily. The hotel staff in the reception were the best. They held on to our luggage on checkout because we were leaving later and we were able to enjoy the pool in the meanwhile.

Very nice and very new hotel with a very nice view. The hotel is about 5-10 minutes away by car from the city center. its totally worth it, since you can have there a rest. the young men at the receptation and the bar was very helpfull, diligent and kind. he helped us with everything! the restaurant was also very good and the meals were big👍👍 we recommend this place

Brand new building with super modern apartments. The key was waiting for us in the door along with the fruit platter. Spectacular view of Budva, a bit uphill, very close to downtown and city attractions. Lots of stores and food corners nearby. The host very accommodating and friendly.

Nice modern apartment with all necessary equipment (except for a washing machine but we didn't need it). 2 minute walk from the beach. The apartment has mountain view and there is a swimming pool with beach view and warm water. The plants around it smelled well like in a spa :) In the apartment where was a bottle of wine and chocolates for us! As well as water and coffee. The owner allowed up to check in earlier and check out later. There was free parking (in a garage that is 5 minutes walk from the building) and wifi.

Very beautiful and modern apartment. Fully equipped, everything you need. Amazing sea view and spacious balcony. Also the rooftop swimming pool (also with enough food/drink options) is amazing and relaxing. Staff was very helpful. We were with a group of 6 people and it was perfect for us. Our stay was very comfortable!
